The product was never delivered. My order for 150 radios was placed January 17th, 2024. As of April 21st, 2024 there has been no evidence the product made it to the USA. Extensive corespondence has been made with the supplier but no solution to date has been satisfactory. Alibaba automatically marks the order as satisfied 60 days after the order is placed. This releases the funds forcing me to request a refund. Alibaba offered .75 cents on the dollar as a refund. I have reached out the the customs broker and U.S. Customs but have not received any response. Very disappointed as I need the radios and now have to find another alternative as Baofeng can’t deliver. I will seek full reimbursement from my credit card company.

dear, i am really sorry for the delay, but i follow up the shipping company every day. they said it is the customs random inspection, they still not release the container. so can't tracking. but i already show you the information for container, it shows blocked in customs on Feb. so we just waiting for the release.
